Full Council Meetings
The full Council holds an ordinary meeting every six weeks, normally commencing at 9.30 am. Meetings are usually held at the Council Chambers in Richmond but the Council endeavours to meet on at least one occasion in each year in Takaka, Motueka and Murchison.
Each Council meeting has a formal agenda of items for discussion that is completed 1-2 weeks before the Council meeting takes place. The agenda includes any supporting reports and information required to assist Councillors in during the meeting. Agendas, minutes and reports can be found using the links to the meetings listed below.
