Biodiversity Funding

Applications close in March and September.
Criteria
Two different funds are available for grants.
The Condition Fund:
- Is directed at improving and maintaining the condition of areas of indigenous vegetation, species and habitats on private land.
- Seeks to broaden the base of community effort in indigenous biodiversity management.
- Seeks to complement landholder contributions and leverage contributions from other sources.
- Could include fencing, pest control or restoration planting and releasing.
The Advisory Fund funds the provision of information and advice on indigenous biodiversity and management options to land managers to assist them in managing indigenous biodiversity on private land .

Applications can be made online or on the forms provided on the Biodiversity Fund Website. It also contains useful information on the aim, scope, criteria, partnership arrangements and exclusions.
