Open Roads

The following (previously closed) roads are now open.

Murchison

State Highway 65 south of Murchison from O’Sullivan’s Bridge to Springs Junction (Shenandoah) has reopened.

Nelson

Avon Terrace from Bridge Street to Hardy Street is now open.

State Highway 6

Other affected state highways that connect to the Nelson Tasman region

According to NZTA.govt.nz,

  • State Highway 6 Rai Valley to Renwick is open (Marlborough Region)
  • State Highway 6 Inangahua to Westport is open (West Coast Region)
