Adoption of Bylaw: Trading in Public Places 2010

The following bylaw has been through the Special Consultative Procedure under Part 6 Section 86 Local Government Act 2002, was considered and approved by the Environment & Planning Committee on 20 May 2010, and as a result the final bylaw was presented to Council at their meeting on 9 June 2010:
Tasman District Council Consolidated Bylaw:
Chapter 6 – Trading in Public Places 2010
The Council resolved that this bylaw be adopted and come into force on:
1 July 2010 - Chapter 6 – Trading in Public Places 2010.
This Bylaw is now available for viewing during normal Council hours at the following Council offices:
- Richmond Office, 189 Queen Street, Richmond
- Motueka Office, 7 Hickmott Place, Motueka
- Takaka Office, 78 Commercial Street, Takaka
- Murchison Office, 92 Fairfax Street, Murchison
And libraries:
- District Library, Queen Street, Richmond
- Motueka Library, Pah Street, Motueka
- Takaka Memorial Library, Commercial Street, Takaka
