Adoption of Freedom Camping Bylaw

The following Bylaw has been through the Special Consultative Procedure under Part 6 Section 86 Local Government Act 2002, a formal hearing was conducted to hear and consider submissions, and as a result the final Bylaw was presented to Council at their meeting on 19 May 2011:
Tasman District Council Consolidated Bylaw: Chapter 11 – Freedom Camping May 2011
The Council resolved that this Bylaw be adopted and come into force on: 31 May 2011
