Boil Water Notice Dovedale Water Scheme

As a result of recent heavy rain events, the water quality of the water from the Dovedale Water Scheme has been compromised. It is therefore recommended that as a precaution, households boil their drinking water, until further notice.

You are advised to boil all your drinking water for at least one minute for the following:

• Drinking water
• Food preparation
• Utensil washing
• Washing your teeth
• Pets
• Ice
