Boil Water Notice - Richmond

As a result of recent heavy rain events, the water quality of the water from the Richmond Water Scheme has been compromised. It is therefore recommended that as a precaution, households boil their drinking water, until further notice and likely until at least Friday 30 December.

You are advised to boil all your drinking water for at least one minute for the following:

• Drinking water
• Food preparation
• Utensil washing
• Washing your teeth
• Pets
• Ice
