Mantain Sea Wall at Ruby Bay - Resource Consent Open for Submissions

An application has been made by the Tasman District Council (Engineering Department) to the Tasman District Council for resource consents to retain and undertake maintenance of an existing 427 metre long sea wall and associated wing walls.

Any person may make a submission on this application.  The final time for making a submission is 4.30 pm on 23 September 2011.

The application and supporting information may be examined at any office of Tasman District Council at Richmond, Motueka, Takaka or Murchison during normal office hours.  A copy of the application documents may also be requested by contacting the Consents Administration Officer at the Tasman District Council offices in Richmond.
