Annual Plan Meetings – Stop by for a Chat

We’ll be attending a meeting or community event near you to discuss the Annual Plan – come along for a chat with councillors and staff about Tasman’s future.

‘In Your Neighbourhood’

We're going to be out and about around the District between now and mid-April talking about the Annual Plan and what it means. Come along to the community board or residents' association meetings or talk to us at one of the "In Your Neighbourhood" events. The "In Your Neighbourhood" events will have family games and activities alongside info on local projects, and a chance to have a chat with Council staff and elected representatives.

Engaging With You Using a New Approach

Because we are not planning to do anything significantly different to what is in our Long Term Plan (LTP), a formal public consultation process is not required.

But that doesn’t mean you are excluded from the process. We’ll be visiting Tasman’s communities over the next month, and attending community events, residents’ association meetings and community boards where you can learn more about what the Annual Plan contains, the new process and what it means. Staff and councillors will be available to talk with you about what the plans are for Tasman and your community. Let us know your thoughts and priorities to help us set future plans and work programmes. All the details are above.

However, we are formally consulting on our fees and charges. You can view the list of charges and fill in a submission form at www.tasman.govt.nz/feedback.
