Proposed Plan Change 20:
Richmond East Development Area

The Richmond East Development Area covers the land on the eastern margins of Richmond located south west of Champion Road, from Salisbury Road in the north to the rural hill slope land located to the south east of Richmond. The Nelson City and Tasman District councils are planning the development of this area together.
