Motueka West and Central Development: Draft Plan Change

UPDATE: The Council at its meeting on 25 August 2011 resolved to place the Motueka West and Central draft plan change on hold until the landowner and lessees can reach agreement on a possible rollout sequence for serviced land in the plan change.

Tasman District Council seeks your comments on a draft plan change for the Motueka west and central areas. West Motueka, between Pah Street and King Edward Street has been identified as providing an opportunity for significant future residential and business development in an area close to the heart of Motueka. The draft plan change follows on from initial consultation on the Motueka West and Central Structure Plan in 2009. If you would like to know more, read the PDF documents under "Draft Plan Change Documents"
