Consolidated Bylaws 2006 - Introduction
The purpose of this Bylaw is to provide consistency in interpretation of terms used in the Tasman District Council Bylaws and deals with some matters which are general to all Bylaws. These include licences, servicing of notices, powers of officers, delegation, dispensations, offences and penalties.
