Annual Resident Survey Reports

Every year the Council employs National Research Bureau Ltd to carry out an independent survey to measure residents' satisfaction with services provided by the Council. The resident survey is also known as the Communitrak Survey.

The results we receive from the survey are measured against the performance targets set out in the Annual Plan and are taken into account for future planning.
