Building Consent Document Naming Instructions

This page provides instructions for how to name documents filed with an electronic building consent application. The documents include:

  1. Application Documents
  2. Plans
  3. Specifications
  4. Supporting Documents (previously reports)
  5. Other Documents

When all these files are ready, go to AlphaOne to lodge your application.  Register with your email address.  Create a "new submission", and follow the instructions.

Please make every effort to follow the format described here.  If your documents are not in this format, we reserve the right to return them to you, as this affects our ability to process your application within the expected timeframes.  Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
