Correspondence with Homeowners

The Building Assurance team are constantly seeking ways to improve our communication and get the right information to the right people at the right time.

We have been surprised by the ongoing large volume of requests for copies of consent and inspection documents from project initiators. The team has decided to broaden their communications approach in response to this need.

From Monday 12 September the home owner will be included as one of the recipients in our outbound correspondence. Please make sure you supply these details in the initial consent application.
