ASB Aquatic Centre

The Tasman District Council has one public pool open all year round, the ASB Aquatic Centre in Richmond.

Motueka Saltwater Baths

The pool is a popular summer swimming option in Motueka. It is open year-round unless it has been drained for cleaning.

School Pools

Over the summer the following school pools will be open to the general public for supervised swimming with pool attendants on duty to ensure safe and fun swimming.  There are also several other schools that make their pools available to local residents via a key system. Contact your local school for information.

Collingwood Area School Pool

The pool is open from mid December to early February from 1.00 pm–5.00 pm. Cost: $2.00 or $90.00 key for season
