Food Stalls and Food Vans
If you plan to operate a food stall or a food van at an event or market you must hold a food stall certificate. Food Vans also require a Mobile Trading Licence.
Food Stalls
Every food stall requires a certificate. This is free of charge for non-profit organisations. Application forms can be obtained from any Council office or downloaded below. Mobile Food Vans
Every mobile food van requires a Food Stall Certificate and a Mobile Trading Licence. Food vans are required to comply with Food Hygiene legislation, please read the Guidelines prior to making your application.
