We'll be posting regular updates on Cyclone Gita for Tasman residents. Civil Defence Centres are open in Motueka, Takaka, Marahau and Nelson.

Aerodromes

Tasman District Council is responsible for the inspection and maintenance of two airfields. One is situated at Puramahoi in Golden Bay, the other at Motueka.

In addition, Tasman District Council has a 50% shareholding in the Nelson Regional Airport.
