The first round of consulatation has closed - thanks for your feedback. A second, more detailed round will begin in April.

Tasman’s population is ageing, which means we have an increasing number of residents aged 65 and over. The number of older residents in Tasman is projected to almost double over the next 20 years.

The proposal to amend the Freedom Camping Bylaw was adopted and is in effect from 24 December 2018.

The new manual will replace the current Nelson City Council Land Development Manual (2010) and the Tasman District Council Engineering Standards (2013).
