On Thursday morning 30 October there will be a small-scale drone spraying operation for weed control in Kingsland Forest. This has been rescheduled from 20 October, due to weather.
While only a small low use area will be affected, track closures will be in place in parts of the forest
Operation warning signage will be erected at the following points in the Kingsland Forest Park:
− Grassy Saddle
− Jimmy Lee Creek Track – at the point the track goes uphill into the Cypress block.
Any spraying will be weather dependent.
